What's the minimum MOQ?
200 paddles per design. This is the minimum needed to keep production costs optimized and ensure consistent quality across the entire batch.
How long does production take?
Sample paddle: 15 days (including shipping time). Mass production: 30–45 days from deposit confirmation and artwork approval. Shipping to Vietnam: an additional 10–15 days. Total time from order confirmation to delivery is typically 6–8 weeks.
Does Jianyi offer design support?
Yes. Jianyi has an in-house design team supporting you from concept through to the final production file. You just need to provide your logo and brand direction — Jianyi handles the rest
Is full customization available?
Absolutely. Jianyi supports full customization — from paddle face material, core technology, shape, thickness, and weight to logo, artwork, packaging, and accessories. Everything can be tailored to each brand’s specific requirements.
Do you support international shipping?
Jianyi ships by road from Ningbo to the Tan Thanh border crossing in Lang Son. From there, orders can be delivered directly nationwide or picked up at the Hanoi/HCMC warehouse. Jianyi provides full support with all export documentation.
